Price is $300 an hour.
First time office visits average 1 1/2 hours (give or take) so plan on anywhere between $300 - $600.
FOLLOW UP appointments are 15 minute minimum to book, based on the hourly or minutes rate via clients request.
PHONE appointments are PREPAID to book along with signing a release and waiver remotely to be returned prior to the appointment time selection.
ON SITE in person sessions are sign & pay in person at appointment.
Session hours are Monday - Friday 12-5 MST (Utah Time Zone) Typical first time sessions start at 12, 2 or 4pm MST.
Any time before or after these hours is "after-hours or emergency pricing" (Upcharge of $100 an hour plus regular rate $300 an hour = $400 an hour)
OFFSITE remote requests, home, business and events are specific to case.
